I ordered three of these, and one of them had two noticeable through-cut knife marks that created big holes in the meat. This affected both the presentation and how evenly it cooked. I hope the crowd cow can improve its trimming and quality control going forward.

The package did leak after it thawed out. The steak had a lot of grizzle in it. I wrote the company. They issued a 15 dollar credit. It’s not enough for me to purchase it again. I didn’t try the other 7 steaks I bought. My wife and I couldn’t finish the first steak. My first order was very good, that’s why I ordered steaks from the company again.

This was the worst cut of meat. Not tender, too much gristle, lacked flavor. I canceled my subscription because of this.
