This is so good! I wasn't sure what to expect with it not being any kind of special designation like Prime but it was very well marbled and every bit as tender as you should expect from a filet, if not more. So much flavor in this beef. All I add to season it is a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the meat and grill or pan fry in a dry skillet. So good without anything other than a plain bun & a slice of ripe tomato if you have it.
