We source our Bison from family-owned farms in Colorado and Canada. Chefs and industry professionals nationwide regard it as the best. Additionally, as part of the 'Never Ever Program,' the family-owned farmers we work with never administer antibiotics, steroids, or hormones to our bison.

Our farm partners raise our bison on an open pasture and occasionally grain-finish them for a truly superior taste. Because of this, Bison is perfect for first-time game meat eaters and is considered a 'gateway game meat'.

This tender red meat is similar to Beef in color but has a slightly sweeter flavor. A good source of Omega-3 fats, Bison is a lean and healthy protein that is rich in iron, zinc, vitamin B12 and many other macronutrients.
