Nice and tender, great flavor. Sprinkled a little salt on them seared them in some hot garlic infused avocado oil for about 3 min per side to get some nice brown while in a cast iron pan, then tossed them in the oven at 300 for 3 more min. Beautiful

While two of the four filet steaks arrived with completely broken seals, we decided to thaw and eat them, and they were actually very tender and good tasting. However, having to immediately cook or repackage meat due to thin, failed vacuum packaging is still a major quality control issue for a premium service.
