Biggest issue is cut size is never known. Sometimes it’s a breast and 3-4 tenders other times it’s 2 breasts. I always end up opening multiple packages to get 2-3 breasts for a dinner.

No matter how I cooked this, the skin never got crispy. It was just really rubbery and thick. I even trimmed some of the excess and tried frying it plain to feed to my dog, but it didn’t crisp up.
