It was very thawed, much more so than last time. I am going to have to cancel my order. I don't want to keep complaining and I can't eat or refreeze chicken that arrives like this. My first two orders were perfect. I don't know who or what changed but something did. There was no dry ice at all, even though I was assured there was extra dry ice packed. I unpacked it immediately upon arrival. It was unacceptable.

Baked them and there was so much fat/grease in these legs that we didn't even want to eat them. What happened to these products? Won't ever buy them again. I'll shop local, for less money and won't worry about tossing them in the trash.
