PrimeWaters® Chilean Coho Salmon is sourced directly from the HuitoFarm located off the island of Calbuco in southern Chile. With cold, crystalline waters, the island of Calbucois is an optimal location to raise premium quality salmon. The HuitoFarm is ASC-certified and is served by six caretakers who raise PrimeWaters® Salmon without antibiotics or chemicals. To attain ASC certification, the farm must comply with strict standards for environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
