Striploin was ok, but there was a large strip of just fat, not meat. For a petite striploin- this was disappointing because about 1/4 of it was just fat.

The meat came to my house with 70%red and 30% brownish yellow. I didn’t expect to have brownish yellow on any part of A5 Wagyu on the first day it got to me.
