Sadly, I wasn’t able to try it because it arrived warm. It was already a resend because of that issue, and I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble because the customer service person was so nice before. I guess the backlog in the shipping system is just to far behind currently.

I am very displeased with the quality. I have ordered several times in the past but I can honestly say I will be looking for a new vendor. The cuts contained a lot of gristle and was somewhat of an embarrassment for my dinner party.
