This one arrived we’ll seal and frozen with nice marbling. But some interior part turn grey color when thaw.

I have had this steak a few times and is usually spectacular. However, was a little disappointed with this one. Packaging and meat looked normal so not sure what happened but the taste and texture was off.

The steak was good but was expecting the steak experience of "melt in your mouth." This steak was at the bottom of the A5 marbling scale and wasn't as expected especially from the marbling of the pictures
