I used this in a Chinese stir-fry, and it was the most juicy, tender, delicious New York Strip Steak I've had. It nearly melted in my mouth. My guests loved it as well. Definitely will be buying this again.

While two of the four filet steaks arrived with completely broken seals, we decided to thaw and eat them, and they were actually very tender and good tasting. However, having to immediately cook or repackage meat due to thin, failed vacuum packaging is still a major quality control issue for a premium service.

Not up to usual standards. Last 2 steaks were not as tender as they usually are. Lots of silver skin. Hard to remove.

1 of the 4 ribeyes was not up to par. I had to trim the silver skin outside like I trim a brisket. It was disappointing but the other 3 were excellent.
