Truly incredible. I'd never had a Manhattan Cut before but it's brilliant. It gives you the thickness and tenderness of a filet but with absolutely stunning marbling creating a flavor that rivaled some of the best steaks I've ever had.

So much flavor in this beef. All I add to season it is a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the meat and grill or pan fry in a dry skillet. So good without anything other than a plain bun & a slice of ripe tomato if you have it.

I can never go back to store bought ground beef ever again! I needed some ground beef for spaghetti and bought the best store bought black angus I could get locally.
