there was no dry ice and the halibut had thawed in the shipping box and was only cool to the touch not cold. The shipping box had no dry ice and there was only insulation on two side of the inside of the shipping box. The chicken breast and the halibut were thrown in the trash due to being thawed. Note they were sitting on top of a piece of crowed cow printed paper and not on the bottom of the box with the rest of the order.
