I initially ordered the Wagyu as a surprise for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and when it assigned, there was no evidence of any dry ice in the package and the meat was completely thawed. Upon reaching out the company, they sent me a new order after many attempts to contact customer service and the new package I received contained meat that was starting to grey and ultimately was not good. Needless to say I would not recommend ordering through this company as the meat was absolutely not worth the cost. In the future, I recommend trying to find a local butcher who carries A5 Wagyu instead of dealing with this.
