Really disappointed in this steak, I was really looking forward to having it. Couldn't tell it was Wagyu. Wasn't any more tender than any other steak. In fact, the tenderloin was much better in taste and tenderness. It was Wagyu in appearance but not in quality. I wouldn't recommend it, buy a tenderloin instead.
