Mahimahi is a firm, meaty fish that holds up well to grilling. The easiest way to cook it is to preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook the fish for about 4 minutes per side. If you want to add a little extra flavor, try marinating the fish in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar before grilling. One simple way to elevate mahi mahi is to serve it with a delicious sauce. One of my favorites is a miso-honey glaze. Simply mix together equal parts miso paste and honey, and brush it on the fish while it's grilling. The glaze will caramelize and give the fish a delicious, sticky coating.

Mahi Mahi is a delicate and mild fish, so it pairs well with a variety of side dishes, sauces, and herbs. My favorite side dish to serve with Mahi Mahi is roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon. The salty bacon pairs perfectly with the sweet and mild fish. Another great option is a simple green salad with a light vinaigrette. For sauces, I love a good pesto or a classic Hollandaise sauce. And finally, for herbs, I like to use fresh parsley or mint. They both compliment the flavor of the Mahi Mahi perfectly.
