Spicy St. Louis Barbeque Ribs
The perfect meal for the family, these ribs come together easily and are totally delicious with a strong bite of heat.
Serves: 4-6 Prep time: 25 minutes Total time: 1h15
- 3-4 pounds St Louis Ribs
- 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice
- 1 1/2 T salt
- 1 T black pepper
- 1 T paprika
- 2 T garlic powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl and distribute evenly over ribs. Let rest and absorb 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours or until tender, falling off the bone.
- Remove ribs from foil and brush with barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for 20 more minutes.
