Spicy St. Louis Barbeque Ribs

The perfect meal for the family, these ribs come together easily and are totally delicious with a strong bite of heat.

  • 3-4 pounds St Louis Ribs
  • 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice


  • 1 1/2 T salt
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 1 T paprika
  • 2 T garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper


  • Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl and distribute evenly over ribs. Let rest and absorb 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours or until tender, falling off the bone.
  • Remove ribs from foil and brush with barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for 20 more minutes.
