- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and lime zest. Place chicken on broiler pan.
- Bake 10 minutes, then turn chicken breasts and cook about 13-15 more minutes, until juices run clear (and an instant thermometer gives you an internal-temp reading of 165F).
- Remove chicken from pan, squeeze additional lime juice over chicken breasts, serve.
