Classic King Crab with Garlic Butter and Lemon
Make your next special occasion even more memorable with deliciously sweet and tender Alaskan King Crab, simply prepared to let the flavors of the meat shine.
- 2 lbs King Crab
- ½ stick of butter
- 1-2 tsp garlic, minced
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes until fragrant. Squeeze in lemon juice and keep warm on the lowest setting. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large pot, boil about an inch of water. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. **Crab comes pre-cooked so you only need to reheat.
- Remove crab legs and serve with melted garlic butter and lemon wedges.
