How to Cook Duck Leg Quarters
Crisp skin and rich, flavorful meat with a hint of sweetness are what make our Duck Quarters so delicious. Cook them as you would Chicken Leg Quarters — they’re perfect grilled, roasted or seared.
- Duck Leg Quarters
- Salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- After fully thawed, remove the duck quarters from the packaging and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Season with salt and pepper (or seasoning of your choice).
- Place skin side up in roasting pan or skillet and cook for about 90 minutes until browned.
