INGREDIENTS

  • Duck Leg Quarters
  • Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. After fully thawed, remove the duck quarters from the packaging and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Season with salt and pepper (or seasoning of your choice).
  4. Place skin side up in roasting pan or skillet and cook for about 90 minutes until browned.
