Pineapple Glazed Ham
Nothing pairs more perfectly with our smoked bone-in ham than pineapple. The complex and deep combination of pineapple and honey balances out the smoked ham's natural salty bite.
Ingredients
- 1 Smoked Bone-in Ham
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can pineapple slices, drained and juice reserved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the glaze is smooth.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the surface of the ham.
- Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 22-25 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Baste the ham every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze and cover with foil to prevent over-browning.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
