Pineapple Glazed Ham

Nothing pairs more perfectly with our smoked bone-in ham than pineapple. The complex and deep combination of pineapple and honey balances out the smoked ham's natural salty bite.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the glaze is smooth.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the surface of the ham.
  5. Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 22-25 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 145°F (63°C).
