How to Bake Lobster Tails

- Wild Maine Lobster Tails
- Butter
- Minced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top middle of the shell to the tail.
- Pull open shell.
- Pull the meat up and lay on top of the shell.
- Melt butter, minced garlic, salt and pepper, and brush onto the meat.
- Place lobster tails onto a baking sheet and place into the oven.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove once lobster tails reach 135°F.
- Serve and enjoy!
