How to Bake Salmon
Follow these tips for perfect oven-baked salmon. This meal is easy to customize with your seasonings and sides of choice (we like to pair with quinoa, seared asparagus and lemon,) and is ready to serve in 20 minutes or less!
Ingredients
- Salmon Portions or Fillets
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Prep time
- 5 minutes
- Cook time
- 15 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Season with salt & pepper, & coat in olive oil.
- Place on a nonstick baking pan or cast iron skillet.
- Bake for 14-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Serve.
