How to Bake Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon Portions or Fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
Prep time
5 minutes
Cook time
15 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Season with salt & pepper, & coat in olive oil.
  3. Place on a nonstick baking pan or cast iron skillet.
  4. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Serve.
