How to Cook Scallops
One of the easiest ways to cook scallops is by pan-searing them with a little bit of butter, avocado oil and salt. Our scallops are dry, which helps preserve their natural sweetness and makes them easy to sear and caramelize!
Ingredients
- Wild Atlantic Sea Scallops
- Avocado oil
- Butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Rinse and pat scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Season with salt.
- Heat pan up to medium-high heat.
- Add butter and avocado oil to the pan - melt until simmering.
- Add sea scallops to the pan - keep from touching.
- Cook for a minute and a half on each side until golden brown.
- Serve Immediately and enjoy!
