How to Grill Salmon
Grilling salmon is simple, fast, and flavorful. Level up your fish dinner by cooking on a cedar plank or mix up this classic dish and try cooking on sliced pineapple!

- Cedar plank or pineapple slices

Instructions
- Season and place salmon on a cedar plank or sliced pineapple slices to prevent salmon from sticking to the grill. If using planks, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. If using pineapple, this adds citrus flavor!
- Preheat grill to 400°F or medium-high.
- Place in center of grill.
- Grill about 20 to 30 minutes or until reaches an internal temp of 145°F.
- Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes.
