Thaw Chicken in 15 Minutes


When overnight thawing in the refrigerator isn't feasible, don't worry — you can still eat your chicken tonight! Your sink will speed things along.

Thaw Chicken in 15 Minutes


  1. Place your sealed packages of chicken in a bowl.
  2. Run cool water from the faucet over the chicken for 15 minutes. Water must be cold to ensure no bacteria growth.
  3. Feel your chicken and ensure it's completely thawed. If areas are still frozen, continue running cold water until thawed.
  4. Remove from the package and cook!
