Mangalitsa Estates, located in Clearfield, Iowa, is a family-owned farm founded by agricultural science graduates Becky and Steve Kerns in 1966. With decades of expertise in genetics and quality, they’ve built one of North America's largest purebred Mangalitsa herds. Their Mangalitsas are slow-fed for over twice the time of conventional hogs, resulting in deeply rich, tender pork prized by chefs. All pork is 100% California Prop 12 compliant, ensuring premium standards from farm to table.
