We like this ground beef. I definitely do not like the new format for packaging. It has always arrived in the form of uniform squares. It now comes in globs, as if it has been scooped. This makes storage very difficult. The globs react as if they are slippery frozen softballs and take much more space in the freezer. This is most annoying.

I can never go back to store bought ground beef ever again! I needed some ground beef for spaghetti and bought the best store bought black angus I could get locally. I had extra so thought perfect time for a taste comparison and there is no comparison. I couldn’t believe I’ve been eating this for so long. I’ll never have anything but Wagyu burgers ever again!

This is the first time I've gotten these, they cooked a bit quicker than anticipated, given the thickness, as I am used to the 1/3 lb patties. They tast great!
