While two of the four filet steaks arrived with completely broken seals, we decided to thaw and eat them, and they were actually very tender and good tasting. However, having to immediately cook or repackage meat due to thin, failed vacuum packaging is still a major quality control issue for a premium service.

Steaks were thawed but still cold. Cooked after salt brine for a few hours. Flavor was good, meat was leather tough. Wouldn’t order again to be honest

Not up to usual standards. Last 2 steaks were not as tender as they usually are. Lots of silver skin. Hard to remove.

1 of the 4 ribeyes was not up to par. I had to trim the silver skin outside like I trim a brisket. It was disappointing but the other 3 were excellent.
