Steaks were thawed but still cold. Cooked after salt brine for a few hours. Flavor was good, meat was leather tough. Wouldn’t order again to be honest

one piece was delicious and buttery. the second piece was grizzly garbage. there is apparently no quality control. will not buy again. too expensive and not good cut.

I was disappointed. This was excellent steak, to be sure, but this was not the Wagyu I was expecting. I paid Wagyu prices and had the family hyped up for the experience, which we had done before. I felt like I let everyone down because this was definitely not the same.
