They've been way better in the past. Two little ones a two more larger ones but still very uneven in size. Just have to play with your cooking times. Quality and flavor is excellent!

Originally, Farmer Focus had perfect chicken, every order. Now I would say that half the breasts are good, have are tough or more chewy. I do understand that could be cooking methods, however we eat chicken 5 nights a week, I think we know how to cook it by now. I know there is an industry wide issue with "woody texture" chicken and every once in a while we do get that from Farmer Focus as well (which is surprising because it is supposed to be a hormone issue).

The chicken was bruised and one of the legs was actually broken. As a result it did not cook well.

The chicken was very good but I did not like the way it was packaged. 3 breasts stuck together. There are only two of us in the house and I had to thaw out all three breasts. I would have liked it if they were wrapped individually.
