Brining chicken wings makes them juicier and more flavorful. To brine chicken wings, combine 1/2 cup salt and 1/2 cup sugar with 2 quarts of water in a large pot or container. Add the chicken wings and let them soak in the brine for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours. When you're ready to cook the chicken wings, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the wings on the sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through. If you want to add a bit of extra flavor to your chicken wings, you can brush them with your favorite sauce before baking. Try buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or honey mustard sauce.
