I wanted to give 5 stars due to the taste alone, however my wife and i became sick after eating the steaks. Not sure if i had a bad batch.

Was a delicious piece of meat, but disappointingly had a large piece of fat in the steak (not marbling) that took up at least 1/3 of the piece. Surprised that made the "cut" for what you would send out, considering the cost and the photos on your website (it was about twice the size of the fat on the slightly hidden middle steak on your website).
