Not satisfied with this order. I request to cancel this order and the customer service said it's canceled, but still delivered! The customer services said to refund in 10 business days, but no refund...The beef is too fat (3/4 is fat)! Very disappointed!

The amount of fat on the edge of the steak is horrible. Looks nothing like the picture at all. I sent it as gift and it is embarrassing.
