Dry Aged BBQ Burger
Our burgers (a full 1/3 pound) start with pasture-raised, grain-finished brisket, short rib, and chuck -all dry-aged for 28 days, from the 4th generation Bootheel 7 Ranch in Wyoming. The result: unbelievable juiciness and a beefy flavor that just won’t quit. For medium-rare, grill these bad boys over medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Make sure you use a substantial bun. You're gonna need it. 4 Burger Patties in each package.
