This is so good! I wasn't sure what to expect with it not being any kind of special designation like Prime but it was very well marbled and every bit as tender as you should expect from a filet, if not more. Going to add a few of these to each subscription now. Way better value than the American Wagyu filets!

Cooked in a cast iron skillet with some beef tallow, fat side down first, then flat side, flipped & added butter and garlic to baste. Came out so tender I could cut it with a fork. Strip steaks from this farm never disappoint and neither does anything from crowd cow for that matter

We like this ground beef. I definitely do not like the new format for packaging. It has always arrived in the form of uniform squares. It now comes in globs, as if it has been scooped. This makes storage very difficult. The globs react as if they are slippery frozen softballs and take much more space in the freezer. This is most annoying.
