The whole chicken was fresh, the skin color was a milky white, as it should be, with a fresh smell. I made my roasted, crispy chicken stuffed with Rosemary, garlic and lemons....so juicy, tender and delicious.

It was very good, only thing I would have liked a little better was if the pkg. contained 2 breasts of somewhat equal size, one pkg. had a very large one one had a much smaller one. But they were delicious.
