The strip steak was pretty good, I ate the whole steak. I find that if the meat is good quality you can eat more without filling up. The only complaint I have is that the meat lacked in flavor a little. But I have more to try and will look forward to trying it again.

These were meaty wings with lots of flavor- I cooked them in the oven till they were falling off the bone and tossed them in a cranberry habanero sauce I created for this dish... so good!
