Disappointed. Being a lot more expensive than standard rib steak, I expected good marbling and a decent chunk of tasty meat. However, almost half the steak was just pure fat (lard) that I had to cut out. The marbling was better but not very noticeable. Would not buy again.

Sadly, we disappointed in this and the piedmontese having experienced american Waygu from Kansas city steaks which we found far Superior.
