Beautiful, generous 8 oz portions of golden buttery goodness! What Copper River King salmon used to be 20 years ago! One criticism is that the portions still contained pin bones, at nearly $30 per pound, it’s something that I wouldn’t expect at this price point. Still, for the superior flavor of this fish, I will gladly pull out my pliers and deal with the pin bones myself! Highly recommended.

This is the first time I've tried King Salmon it was absolutely delicious. I was able to cook it skin side down and get a perfectly crispy crunchy skin reminiscent of what you would get in a salmon skin roll in a good Japanese restaurant. Sweet. Fresh. So happy I tried it.
