I wish I could post a picture I have of one of these shrimp. I have a technique of trying to remove the shell from the shrimp tail fins, had this broken down into three steps. This picture shows a shrimp with 5 tail fins spread out! I can do this pretty consistently with these Oishii 16/20s, that is just one visual attribute of these. The taste is exceptional, sweet delicious shrimp like no other, but hopefully no one will read this and I can buy them all;-)
