I think this is the ribeye with the bone.. if yeas, it was a bit too thin for me. I like beef rare. but other than that it was very flavorful.

There was a sizable amount of solid white cap fat on the steak. (Obviously wagyu doesn’t need that type of fat left on the steak because it has so much inner muscular fat
