When I first ordered the chicken, four whole chickens fit on one rack in my freezer! . So much flavor in this beef. All I add to season it is a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the meat and grill or pan fry in a dry skillet. So good without anything other than a plain bun & a slice of ripe tomato if you have it.
