Beef Kofta Kebabs

Directions

    Turn on your broiler and place the oven rack on the top-most level.

    Combine the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

    Divide the mixture into 12 roughly even balls. Mold each ball around the top end of a skewer and shape into a flat oval.

    Place a rack on a broiler pan and spread an even coat of vegetable oil over it to prevent sticking. Lay the skewers on the rack and broil for 3 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes, or until done.

    Plate and serve with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
