I love to roast a chicken for Sunday supper. The Cooks Venture Heirloom Chicken is delicious. And it’s great to have leftovers for chicken salad or soup. It’s a relief to know the chickens are pasture raised and hormone free.

This chicken was DELICIOUS. The meat was juicy and so flavorful--way better than a Perdue Oven Stuffer Roaster. I will only buy this chicken when I want to do a roast.
