Ground Beef Tacos
These crunchy, ground beef tacos are a real crowd-pleaser and are easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red or green pepper
- olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 12 crispy taco shells
- Toppings: lettuce, salsa, guacamole, etc to suit your taste.
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel and dice the onion. Cut the green or red pepper in half. Scoop and discard the seeds then dice into small cubes.
Peel and dice the garlic finely.
Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and heat to warm.
Add the garlic and cumin and stir for a couple of minutes. Doesn’t that smell great?
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Put the crispy taco shells on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
Assemble the tacos with the cooked ground beef and toppings of choice (sliced lettuce, salsa, guacamole, etc).
