Pistachio-Crusted Sirloin Kebabs
Crunchy pistachio nuts add a tasty counterpoint to tender sirloin beef.
Servings : 6-8 Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 2.5 hours
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ts. onion powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup finely crushed pistachios
- 4 Top Sirloin Steaks, each cut into 8 cubes
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Cube the top sirloin steaks and marinate in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
Skewer the meat. On a grill set to medium heat, grill the kabobs for about 2 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred doneness..
Remove from the grill and quickly roll kabobs into pistachios. Serve immediately.
