Pound steak gently with a meat mallet and sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, chili powder and cayenne powder. Add more chili and cayenne powder if you want a spicier dish.
Mix together the tomatoes, beans, onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste
In a cast iron pan set to medium-high heat, cook the meat on one side for four minutes, then flip and cook for another four minutes for medium rare.
