Greek-Style Grilled Lamb Loin Chops

Ingredients
- Lamb Chops
- 2 pkgs New Zealand Spring Lamb® Loin Chops (defrosted if frozen)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zest
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Whipped Feta and White Beans
- 1 can (540 mL) white kidney beans
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
- Lamb Chops
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag; seal and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (350ºF).
- Remove chops from marinade and dry slightly with a paper towel.
- Place on a lightly oiled grill and cook for your preferred level of doneness.

- In the bowl of a food processor combine all ingredients and whirl until smooth; taste and season, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
