You can update your payment method any time before an order is processed. Go to My Account → Payment Methods to add or change a card.

Subscribers: update your address and other subscription settings under My Account → Subscription settings. Note that changing it there doesn't update an order you've already paid for.

For a paid order that hasn't shipped: open My Orders and select the order to edit its address.

Already shipped? The address is set for that shipment once your order is on its way. Chat with us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.

Manage your delivery dates, frequency, address, and items under My Account → Subscription settings. Want a hand pausing, skipping, or adjusting a delivery? Chat with us any time.

A few common reasons: the code has expired or is first-order-only, your cart is below the code's minimum, or only one code can apply per order. Gift cards and account credit apply automatically at checkout once they're on your account. Still stuck? chat with us with the code and we'll see what's going on.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or update your preferences under My Account. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Getting duplicate emails usually means two profiles share your address — chat with us and we'll merge them.

Never. You can use a gift card on a single order or split the balance across many.

Anything on Crowd Cow — subscriptions, sample boxes, gift boxes, or single cuts. The balance applies to whatever's in your cart.

Add whatever you'd like to your cart, then paste the code in the Gift card or promo code field at checkout — the balance applies automatically. Gift cards and account credit already on your account apply at checkout on their own. If a code won't apply, chat with us and we'll take a look.

Gift card purchases aren't taxed, and shipping on a physical card is on us. An emailed gift card reaches your recipient within about 2 hours of your order, along with your note and a redemption link.

Moolah! is our free rewards program, and you're automatically enrolled — no sign-up needed. You earn 1 point for every $1 of order subtotal, and members and subscribers earn 2× (double points, and membership is free).

Points expire 180 days after you earn them, so use them within about six months. There's no cap on how many you can save up in the meantime.

Once you have enough points, redeem them on the Moolah! Rewards page or right at checkout — for dollars off or a free item. Reward options change periodically, so the selection stays fresh.

Yes — earning and redeeming Moolah! stacks with our other discounts and promo codes. If an order is reimbursed for a problem, you keep your points, though replacement orders don't earn new points. Points are non-transferable, so they can't be gifted to another customer.
